In 2008, Jim relocated his business operations to Charleston, SC. Jim is a RABQSA accredited QMS Lead Auditor.

Rick has over 30 years of experience developing & administering management systems and he is a RABQSA-accredited Lead Auditor in the Environmental Scheme. Michael Miller

Michael is a quality professional with automotive sector concentration, specializing in new product introduction and supplier development. He has compiled a wide breadth of successful product launches and product turnarounds in electro-mechanics, electronic assembly, precision machining, sensor assembly, casting, molding, and stamping.

Christian Mielke

Chris founded and currently operates a profitable environmental engineering consulting firm for 12 years. He is a Chemical/Environmental Engineer with over 21 years practical experience in consulting, auditing and industrial applications with areas of expertise including ISO 9001, ISO/RC 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, Responsible Recycling (R2/RIOS) and Business Continuity Management (BSMS) accreditation, certification and gap-analysis auditing, project management, process improvement, research and development in the USA and abroad. Chris has designed and effectively managed the installation of various air, water and solid waste pretreatment systems, chemical reactors and land development projects and has successfully supervised million dollar wastewater pretreatment system implementation, including pilot scale testing, process design, installation and startup. Chris is currently a voting member of the U.S. TAG to ISO/TC 207 (TAG 207) on 

Environmental Management which, among other areas, manages and develops the USA’s position on changes to the ISO 14001 standard.  Chris is also an active member of Exemplar Global’s “ISO 50001 Auditor Scheme Committee” that reviews and manages the ISO 50001 Auditor Certification requirements. The primary objectives of this committee are to ensure that these requirements remain current, are relevant and continue to be appropriate in order for ISO 50001 Auditors to be competent and contribute to the validity of the ISO 50001 Auditor certification.

Robert Starkweather

Mr. Starkweather has been actively involved in the Quality Management industry since 1985.  Since 1997 he has focused his career on the subject of Quality Management System auditing, initially as a Supplier Auditor for Allied Signal (now Honeywell), and then as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor for several Certification Bodies.  From 2002 until 2009 he also audited systems to the AS9100-series of standards.  Since 2009 Mr. Starkweather has been performing audits, on a contract basis, for the national accreditation body located in the United States.  Mr. Starkweather works from his home in Charleston, SC.  He is an RABQSA certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, AS9100 (AEA), AS9110 (AA), and AS9120 (AEA), and has an active status in the international database OASIS (Online Aerospace Supplier Information System, administered by SAE).

Leah Jackman-Wheitner

Career consultant, Leah Jackman-Wheitner, Ph.D., has been consulting and coaching professionals like you for 9 years. In addition to her career consulting experience, she brings to the table all her insights and skills gained from 11 years of providing psychotherapy.
