Module 4 – Overview of the IATF 16949:2016 Changes 

This  module  begins  with  a  review  of  the  history  of  the  automotive  QMS standard  and  its  relationship  to  ISO  9001.  The  course  then  focuses on changing  automotive  requirements  above  and  beyond  ISO  9001:2015  as well  as  significant  changes  between  ISO/TS  16949:2009  and the  new automotive  QMS  requirements  found  in  IATF  16949:2016.  Students will learn   about   key   transition   requirements,   deadlines   and   resources available.
