Student Satisfaction Ranking of Course = 97%

Quality professionals from all over the globe traveled to The Tides at Folly Beach for this 4-day workshop aimed at improving organizational performance and customer satisfaction.  32-hours of workshops, roll play, quizzes and other activities made this an enjoyable course while teaching students the technical requirements of an internal auditor within the tough industry of the automotive sector - all from the comforts of the beach!

"We have made various changes to our course material, including the addition of IATF Lead Auditor Glenn Schnauber to our team", stated co-instructor Jim Thompson.  "Glenn has brought many years of valueable experience to the improvement of our course materials and overall approach.  It is great to work with someone as passionate as Glenn in teaching others about how quality management systems should work."

"The charisma and passion of the instructors was first class", stated one of the participants.  "The way the message is delivered makes it easy for the students to get it.  Thank you for excellent instruction!"

Several attendees used this opportunity to invite their significant others to relax and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather while class was in session.  "We are going to explore this approach in the future - coupling professional development, that is often times a business requirement, with an opportunity to enjoy your surroundings with a travel partner.  This approach may be much more appealing to busy, traveling professionals when compared to the traditional approach of courses being held near major airports", adds Jim Thompson.

Concentric has increased it's public course offerings in 2011 with various ISO/TS 16949 Lead Internal Auditor courses scheduled throughout the US.  Classes will soon be offered in China and India as well.
